Biography
A cheerful and outgoing disposition masks Hoa's willingness to do whatever it takes to get what she wants, and what she wants is for everyone to think like her. Charismatic, cunning, and ultimately conservative in every sense of the word, Hoa often resorts to rather unethical means to sway her public. Not that it matters, of course; only Isa, the youngest of the triplets, has seen what goes on behind closed doors. But as her favoritism shifts away from Isa and towards Felix, her youngest, she has this lingering feeling that some of the skeletons in her closet have started to see the light of day...

Hoa Nguyen is a Sim living in the newly renovated town of Newcrest. She resides at Rapturous Roost in the Llama Lagoon neighborhood along with her husband Thai Nguyen and their four children, Ua, Ethan, Isa, and Felix. At the beginning of the game, Hoa is eighteen days away from becoming an Elder.

When first played, Hoa is a Councilperson, serving as Newcrest's sole Politician. Having lived in Newcrest all her life and staunchly conservative morally, socially and politically, Hoa represents the interests of Newcrest's somewhat outdated "old money" and will do whatever it takes to spread her views, notoriously employing her vast array of skills in Mischief, Media Production, Programming, Comedy, Writing and Acting to do so. Such conservatism, advanced by some less than ethical means, has led to some degree of conflict between herself and certain members of her family. Her skillset reflects her status as a seasoned, well-rounded and effective politician, with noteworthy prowess in Debate and Charisma. A two-star celebrity, Hoa's preset fame quirk is "Brushes with Fame."

Hoa carries a Podium and a Violin in her inventory. She possess a distinguished degree in History from the University of Britechester.
