Isabella Monty is of course a pre made sis with the name of a shakespearean character in "Measure for Measure" who is is Claudio sister except in the game she's his mother and she's the mother of Bianca and the Antonio and Grandmother of Romeo and Mercutio and living with them in charge with her husband who also have taken their grandchildrens in charge after the death of their parents.
