Isabelle Cuevas is a Sim in SimVille. She is the wife of Thomas Cuevas and the mother of Julio, Garrett, Cheryl, and Evan Cuevas.

Isabelle was born in a large metropolis in a developing country. Both she and her parents lived in a shanty town that lacked sanitation and running water. Her parents owned a food stall on the street, and she was required to help out with running the stall from a young age. A nearby church offered children in the area two meals a day, along with the opportunity to go to school for half the day. This enabled her to learn how to read and write for the first time. She was encouraged by a deacon at the church to keep a diary of her daily life; she still has this diary to this day. While she was not able to attend high school, she stayed at the church and continued to write on a daily basis.

When she was 19, she met Thomas, and married him at the age of 21. Together they had four children, all of whom spent their earliest years in the slums with them. When Thomas was able to save enough to fly to SimVille, she and their four children followed.

Isabelle maintains a healthy relationship with her three younger children, although Julio doesn't feel very attached to her. She does her best to keep the family united, even during the worst of times.

Isabelle's character is based on the mother of Garrett in K6ka's novel For my little brother.^{[n 1]} She plays a bigger role in the protagonist's life, having kept what remained of her family together even after her husband and her eldest son had abandoned the family. She is also a devout Catholic, and remained in the faith long enough for the protagonist to pick up on it.
