Jenna Parker is the youngest daughter to James and Joanna Parker. As such, this makes her the younger sister to Jared, Janet, and Julia. However, she is the older sister to Jordan.

Apparently, Jenna's birth is what prompts her Aunt Jackie to move in with the Parkers. In any case, Jenna isn't a burden as she ages up quick into a child.

Jenna lives with her family at Potters Splay at Courtyard Lane in Willow Creek. Not only is she the youngest daughter to James and Joanna Parker, she's also the youngest sister to Jared, Jacob, and Julia Parker. She is described as learning her skills at a fast pace.

Most of the skills she is being taught is taught by her mother, father, and aunt. Sometimes her brothers also help teach her, but most of her skills are taught by Joanna. When Joanna goes on maternity leave, Jenna learns to talk a little better from her as well as gains better thinking skills by being taught her shapes. Jenna also gains some better movement by dancing to some alternative music her mother was listening to.

Jenna is originally the youngest child in the entire Parker home, but she becomes an older sister after her brother, Jordan, is born. Although, she is initally saddened by the unexpected arrival, Jenna quickly gets over it by being cheered up by James, who took the day off when Joanna decides to return to work, and her Aunt Jackie after she comes home. Jenna immediately returns to improving her skills. After causing a little trouble to Joanna on her first day as a stay-at-home mother, Jenna masters her potty skill while being watched by Jackie and her brothers that night. While James and Joanna misses the event because they are on a date night, the rest of the family feels nothing but relief.

One morning, Jenna meets Damian Browne when she is taken over for a visit by Joanna. The next morning, Jenna masters her thinking skill after being taught more shapes by Joanna and Jackie. Later on in the morning, she becomes friends with Damian while they are playing together on their playdate. She also is able to master her communications by talking to Damian.

Jenna later masters her imagination skill the next day. She masters it with the help of her mother when she reads Jenna a bedtime story for her naptime. Then, the day after that, Jenna masters her movement skill by climbing down the stairs in order to see where everybody is. She does this all by herself and so no sees her do it until they see her on the first floor. Seeing this, Jared decides to teach Jenna some more because he thinks its time, despite Jenna already knowing what she needs to know.

Quite some time later, Jenna learns from her older brother, Jacob, that he is a woman. Not being confused, but also not completely understanding either, Jenna tells him okay. One evening, Jenna is at dinner when Jackie announces her promotion and her plan to move to Oasis Springs. Jenna later becomes baby practice for Jared and his girlfriend, Karissa Gallagher, when she gets pregnant. Karissa is able to bathe Jenna with ease. Weeks after Harvestfest, Jenna says goodbye to her siblings and aunt before they move out of the house. She seems to take the change well.
