Jill Charlene Charlotte was born on April 2, 2001. She is Nia's enemy.

Biography

Rich and arrogant, Jill is a typical snob who boasts about her expensive designer clothing and state-of-the-art electronic equipment for her classes. Jill gossips, and seems like the stereotypical queen-bee figure at Watersman High School. She picks on other students, and is known to be quite dramatic. However, she has an interest in steet art. She takes an art class and received an A in there.

Jill's parents own Jill's Hamburger Palace, a successful restaurant that caused her family to be rich. She is a teacher's pet and acts like an angel around adults. But when with teenagers, she can be mean and catty. In her childhood, her parents rarely played with her. It made her angry and turned her into a bully at school.

Even though she's manipulative and deceptive, she really does enjoy going to charities and likes to do volunteer work. She often is very blatant and makes fun of people who don't donate to charities, even if they don't have a lot of money. Nia believe that Jill is virtue signalling and trying to pretend to be charitable, however, Jill isn't.

In April 2015, she was involved in three "cheating scandals," according to Nia's diary. Nia's boyfriend Ethan broke up with Nia on September 8, 2015 to date Jill. Jill is very rude to Gregory and Nia. She is quite attractive and has had many boyfriends before Ethan.

She is "friends" with Erika Wolfurt, although she doesn't really like Erika that much and doesn't listen to her. Sometimes she even bullies her. Erika may have a case of Stockholm's Syndrome with Jill. Jill seems to be better friends with a darker-skinned girl named Rebecca Herman, who is mentioned sometimes. Another friend of Jill is Makayla.

It is revealed that in the future, she gets married to Ethan and they have a child. Jill cheats on him, causing a divorce between the two.

Jill's bedroom has brown walls and a wooden floor. Her bed sheets are a pink floral pattern. There are two cream-colored end tables next to her bed. The left end table holds a lamp and an expensive modern alarm clock. The end table to the right holds pink trophies that she earned from cheer leading and volleyball. Above her trophies, there are some posters with male models posing, a calendar with a shirtless fireman, and a white cat with a pink backdrop.

To the left of the hallway door, there is a wall flag with the stripes black, white, and pink. There are pink curtains on her windows with a television set and a fancy chair. Next to the TV is a desk covered in expensive makeup products and a mirror covered with pictures and jewelry. In the corner next to the closet door, there is a unicorn plush toy.

Next to the hallway door, there is a bookshelf and a dresser. There is a cat stereo and some of Jill's gift-wrapped textbooks on the dresser. Above the dresser there is two posters of a male musician. Between the dresser and bookshelf, there is a street art kit.
