Juliette Capp is a female Sim residing in Veronaville, known for being the head of the affluent Capp family. She is the child of the late Cordelia and Caliban Capp (né Gale), and has two siblings named Tybalt and Hermia. Despite her relationship with Romeo Monty through high school and most of college, Juliette is now married to Ellis Capp, and has twin children with him named Rosaline and Paris Capp.

The Capp family is large, so Juliette has many other relatives -- her aunts Goneril and Regan, her uncle Kent, her uncles through marriage Albany and Cornwall, and cousins Miranda, Hal, Desdemona, Ariel (through Goneril and Albany), and Edmund (through Regan and Cornwall). She also has a niece and a nephew -- Helena Capp (daughter of Hermia and Puck Capp, and Prince Frost (son of Ellen and Tybalt Frost).

Due to the Capp family's matrilineal structure, Juliette was destined to be the head of the family after the death of her mother, Cordelia. However, Cordelia and Caliban died in a house fire, leaving their children orphaned and Juliette became the direct Capp heir. As a result, Juliette and her siblings were raised by their grandparents, Contessa and Consort. Contessa died when Juliette was a teenager, meaning that Juliette became the head of the family at a very young age. However, Consort decided he would take care of family affairs until Juliette was ready to do so.

As a teen, Juliette met Romeo Monty, the grandson of her grandparents' enemy, Patrizio Monty. Despite their feuding families, Juliette and Romeo fell in love. Only a few Capp family members supported this romance -- Hermia, Miranda, and Kent. Their relationship caused many Capp vs. Monty fights, especially between Tybalt, Romeo, and Mercutio. Tybalt didn't believe that Romeo truly loved Juliette, and thought that he was just trying to get close to the Capp family to destroy them.

Juliette attended Académie Le Tour, sharing a dorm with her brother Tybalt, Romeo, and Mercutio. This setup was very difficult for a while, until against all odds, Tybalt and Mercutio actually became friends. Soon, Juliette decided she wanted to propose to Romeo, and despite his Romance aspiration he gladly accepted.

In her junior year, Juliette decided that she wanted to Major in History. It was around this time that she caught Romeo cheating on her with another student named Roxie Sharpe. After a fight, Juliette broke off her and Romeo's engagement, but still occasionally rolled romantic wants for him.

Juliette soon met a school llama Mascot named Ellis Wilson, who she befriended. After her heart was broken by Romeo, Juliette and Ellis slowly fell in love, eventually marrying after graduation. They now live in the Capp Manor, where their twins Rosaline and Paris were born.
