Dr. Kara Beck (born February 20, 2011) is the charge of the Moonlight Bay City Hall [. Prior to taking over MBP, Beck worked as an MBP Lieutenant and was partnered with Lieutenant Van Buren for over 13 years. After Van Buren's resignation, Beck partnered primarily with Gwen J. Hardy before she became a captain and took over the MBP from Sergeant Frances Rollins.

Her boss, Deputy Chief Rose Sabrowsky asked Kara if she want retire now then Captain Cragen is coming back to assign your office.

Kara said I though Cragen temporarily reassigned. Deputy Chief Sabrowsky said Cragen was out because of his one of detective acted stupid thing, but now you have to go other precinct or Iwill find vacant they can offer you.

the deputy chief in IAB, Rose Sabrowsky and Commissioner Frida Firebaum call Beck out and straight her and demoted her Deputy Chief to Captain.

Dr. Kara Beck decided to go IAB and put paperwork 2 week notice to get new job.

In 1 week later, She got job in Medical. Her new boss, Alice Rannt told her start work next Monday and Informed Deputy Chief Sabrowsky.

Also, Sabrowsky told her that her shield and gun turned in tomorrow and go pack your stuff in your office and finish in end the day and announce your detectives, thier new lieutenant will start next 2 week. tomorrow it will have temporarily commanding officer name Lieutenant Brandon Beck.
