Biography

Teenage Years

Larissa was the smartest of the three Jade sisters, and often showed it in her schoolwork and grade reports. She had a solid GPA of 4.0, like Natalya, but had to work harder for it. She was also considered the kindest in the school throughout all of middle and high school. Unfortunately, she wasn’t ever considered for romance, and was a quiet girl.

Young Adulthood

When Brenden became engaged to River McIrish, the three sisters and Brenden ended up moving in with Fiona McIrish and Molly French to make the wedding proceedings easier.

After leaving Claire, John, Jennifer, and Alex behind, the three sisters started their new life with Fiona, Molly, Sandi, River, and Brenden.

A year later, Brenden took on the last name of McIrish, and they moved out, across town. There were tears and regrets, but everyone knew it was for the best (the household was getting crowded, anyways).

Larissa, unlike her two sisters, went into the Culinary career with a passion for cooking and a willingness to work at a greasy, fast-food restaurant until she was promoted to a high enough level to work at the Bistro.

She was a great chef, but she knew that there had to be more to her to be accepted into the Bistro’s high-class kitchens. Unfortunately, her hard work and diligence went unnoticed, especially after one of their best cooks, Molly French, died of old age.

Larissa was very upset over the deaths of Molly and Fiona, especially because she was closer to Molly than Natalya or Demaris. Slowly, she began to heal from the losses, but she remembered Molly every day, seeing as her and her sisters were the new caretakers of Sandi, Molly’s daughter.

Demaris eloped with Arlo, and when they came back, Demaris was pregnant. Larissa worked every day, even the later hours, and missed much of the life back at home. In fact, she missed Demaris giving birth to her first child, Nia Bunch. She resolved to spend more time at home.

While Larissa had promised to keep track of life on the home front, she ended up working throughout the day and night again, trying to rise higher up in the ranks. Stressed and exhausted every night, the crying Nia didn’t make things any better, and she quietly fumed about Demaris’s new daughter.

When Sandi turned nineteen and Kia turned five, Larissa wanted to tell Sandi to move out, but she didn’t; she was too kind. It became harder after graduation, when Larissa graduated with Highest Honor, and Most Likely to Fulfill Their Lifetime Wish, and Sandi got the Valedictorian award.

Larissa and Natalya became closer after Natalya and Demaris had a falling out, of which Larissa didn’t know the details of, and they fumed about Sandi and Demaris together, secretly.

Just when things were starting to get a little better in the Bunch-French-Jade household, the three Jade sisters learned that their foster father, John Jade, was dying, from Kia, who all-too-happily told them that Alex was moving in down the street. They were too late to go and see him – he died shortly afterwards.

Unbeknownst to Larissa until around midnight on Nia’s birthday, little baby Parker was born from Demaris and Arlo. Demaris hadn’t told anyone of their secret, and Larissa was too surprised for words. She had thrown herself into her work again, and history was repeating itself once more.
