Lily Henderson is a teen female sim created by RoxyRiku94 in The Sims 4. She is currently living with her parents Berthe and Jordan Henderson and her younger brother Bryan Henderson Jr. in the Pendula View District of Willow Creek. Her older brother Steven has acquired a modest home in the Sable Square District of Brindleton Bay in order to get more leeway from his family.

Lily Henderson is currently a one-star celebrity with a good reputation. She also possesses a preset fame quirk, which is Paparazzi Darling.

Lily Henderson is best friends with her mother, and shares a good relationship with her family otherwise. Lily Henderson has also befriended Steven's boyfriend Dean Bernard, Jimmy Rhodes and Luna Villareal. She is acquaintances with Penny Pizzazz, Sofia Bjergsen, Yuki Behr, Kenji Hamauzu and Brantly Peterson. She is disliked by Siobhan Fyres due to a recent arguing incident, of which Siobhan is still furious with.
