Nancy Philomena Blandswuggle (referred to as Mrs. Blandswuggle) is a fan-made ghost who lives in Moonlight Falls, the neighbourhood shipped with The Sims 3: Supernatural.
Mrs. Blandswuggle lives with her employer Grace Gerne
Mrs. Blandswuggle is paid by Grace, but as the two live under the same roof they are considered best friends.
Nancy Blandswuggle was born to Teresa Patmore and Padraig Blandswuggle in the late 1890's in an Irish community. Nancy was brought up with strcit discipline. Nancy knew how to behave in front of everyone and was a very beautiful young girl. 20 years later, when Nancy was 38, she felt that she was running out of time to settle down and have children. Despite still being very beautiful still, Nancy had been left childless and was afraid. She decided to go to a Jazz Club, where she met George Carmichael, an Irish architect. Nancy was raised not to have children after wedlock, so several months later, Nancy proposed to George, who agreed, and the two were set to be married. However, on the way to his wedding, George had been killed in a horrendous train accident, leaving Nancy alone and childless. The love of George shone through Nancy, and miraculously made her immortal, a ghost. Nancy set it upon herself to use her immortality to look after those in need as if she were looking after a child.
In the 1970's, Nancy met Evangeline and Phillipe Gerne, the two had just given birth to their beautiful daughter, Grace. Nancy worked for the Gerne's for several years, and struck up a tremendously good friendship with the girl. When Grace was found to have magical abilities, her parents abandoned her, with Nancy to care for her. The two were homeless briefly, but Nancy took Grace back to her house, (which is now Moonlight Falls). The lot had been built upon and built upon to the point where it was now an enormous, 4 storey mansion. With no owner, Grace and Nancy purchased the house, and built a tower for Grace to work in.
Nancy arrived home one day, she revealed to Grace that she had finished caring for Grace, and her time was up. Grace agreed with this, they returned to Grace's old house, where Phillipe and Evangeline were waiting. They were shocked to see Grace had become a sophisticated woman, they accpeted her back, and Nancy faded away.
