Nigel de la Vega is a sim featured in A Sim's Tale: The Equestrian as the main antagonist. He is father of Diego de la Vega. He is the long time-rival and foil to Peter Manhattan. He's also the one who responsible for Peter's injury during his last race.

Biography[edit | edit source]

Along with Peter, Nigel was one of the best Equestrian Athletes in Appalosa Plains. He was the only one who could matched Peter Manhattan and served as the latter's rival. However, Nigel was so obsessed to destroy Peter. During their last race, Nigel was the one who caused Peter to had accident after he hit horse to Peter's, causing his rival to fell and unable to race again due to injury. However, the officials believed it was just an accident. After Peter retired from the race, Nigel crowned as the number one Equestrian athlete in the town.

Months later, Nigel found that Peter's daughter, Eliza Manhattan begun to showed up in the race. Knowing that the girl had got some potential, Nigel started to paranoid, afraid that the girl would show up in the same race with him. His fear confirmed after he learned that Peter finally decided to train Eliza who would participate in the upcoming regional race.
