Oswald Lachance is an original sim (creation of LexxBlix/AedanStarfang) residing in his large family mansion 'Optimist's Outlook', in Newcrest in the Sims 4. Oswald is best friends with his brother, and good friends with his wife and children. He is on friendly terms with his Mother-in-law, but is not much more than an acquaintance or a friend.

Being an avid art lover, updating Oscar's home with new paintings will improve his mood and he can often times be found frequenting local museums and art exhibits.

Despite being a member of an infamous family, and being married to an evil sim, Oswald himself is quite friendly and comedic and generally gets on well with others. His sons share his general appearance; red hair and green eyes, as well as a few of his traits.

At the beginning of the game Oswald will be enrolled in the Critic career, on its Arts Critic path and will be a 'Snooty Pundit', he can be sometimes found openly criticizing and mocking street performers or venue performers (even his own kids) due to his career choice.
