Young Sarah, just a normal girl in a normal town, with her mother planning to do a runner, will she manage to stop her before it's too late
Sarah Minx gave up her baby as teenager, but when she reunited with her daughter things seemed to go wrong. Due to Sarah's attention going to her lost daughter, she never noticed her middle daughter die in a pool accident. Can Sarah learn to stop blaming herself?
Sarah Ophelia Minx is a fanon sim who has lived in Pleasantview, Appaloosa Plains, and Willow Creek. She is the daughter of Bhani and Ritchie Minx, sister of Jason Minx, mother of Eve, Erica, and Jennifer, and grandmother to Hanson and Tinashe.
Sarah Minx moved to Pleasantview with her parents Bhani and Ritchie, and toddler brother Jason. Sarah is implied to have some Asian (Indian and Chinese) descent from her mother's side. In the family bio, it states that Bhani is thinking of running away from her family, and Ritchie is trying to stop her while keeping this secret from Sarah. If Bhani does run away and leave Sarah, it could lead to the abandonment issues that plagued her (and got worse) later in life.
At some point, Sarah's and her father moved to Appaloosa Plains (it was implied that Bhani indeed did run away, but took Jason with her, seperating the siblings and explaining Bhani and Jason's disappearence), as a teenager, Sarah began dating an unnamed guy, and that lead to an unwanted pregnancy. After she broke up with the guy, she gave birth to Eve Minx. Sarah gave Eve to the Goth family to raise. Sarah spent the next few years wondering where Eve is, but didn't want to track her down in case Eve became upset. Sarah got pregnant again by her new boyfriend and gave birth to her daughter Erica, who she kept as a second chance at motherhood. Three years later Sarah gave birth to Jennifer. After her split with her boyfriend and father of Erica and Jennifer, Sarah decided to relax with her two daughters. But life changed when Eve (now aged 13) arrived asking to live with her long lost mother. Sarah was so happy to be reunited with Eve after 13 years, and accepted her into the family. Erica and Jennifer also accepted their older half-sister. At the age of 5, Erica tragically died in a pool accident. And as Sarah was not supervising Erica, Sarah took full responsibility for Erica's death. At the age of 18 Eve set out for college, and Sarah taught Jennifer to stay in Sarah's sight as she didn't want Jennifer to die like Erica while unsupervised. Having therapy helped Sarah to get over her fear of her remaining two daughters dying in unsupervised accidents, but when Eve returned from college on spring break, Eve died in a vending machine accident, while Sarah was inside with Jennifer. Eve's death triggered Sarah's fears, and she had her house childproofed, which also meant removing the pool Erica died in and the vending machine that crushed Eve. Eventually Jennifer moved out for college, and Sarah relaxed knowing that her daughter was safe. Sarah still lives in her home, and she keeps a shrine with pictures of Erica and Eve.
Sarah returns as a mentally unstable elderly woman who is a massive family woman who goes too far to protect her adult daughter, young grandson, and unborn grandchild. When Jennifer becomes pregnant again, Sarah gets a job in business to help provide. Eventually, Jennifer gives birth, giving Sarah a granddaughter named Tinashe.
Despite the fact that Sarah is uncontrollably scared of losing her daughters, she has no Neurotic trait, and her fear of losing her daughters might be explained by Eve's forced adoption, and her mother's abandonment.
Sarah is implied to be of Asian (Indian and Chinese) descent, as her mothers maiden name is Bhani Hua, Bhani means goddess in Indian and Hua means flower in chinese.
