Serge Barb is a Sim in SimVille. He is the de facto town troublemaker, being disliked by most Sims in the neighbourhood and notorious for stirring up fights and scuffles.

Serge was originally created in another neighbourhood (currently corrupted) along with his wife Gloria, his eldest daughter Tina, and youngest son Kyle. Serge was also the town troublemaker, although the rest of his family was generally liked by the locals. Gloria, distraught at her husband's irritable lifestyle, had an affair with a Servo instead, hoping to one day kick him out of the house. However, she was caught cheating on Serge, and the divorce happened sooner than later. Serge eventually moved out and lived on his own, and has since held a grudge against Servos in general. His daughter, Tina, resented him long before the divorce happened, while Kyle still occasionally called him for a chat.

His worst enemy is Amar Newbie, the most popular Sim in town, and has had more fights with him than anyone else. As revenge, Amar and the other Newbie Servos often go to Serge's house at night and dig up his lot, bursting watermains in the process and leaving Serge a nasty surprise to wake up to. Serge's second worst enemy is Ryan Logan, largely because he had lost several fights with him, with Ryan being only a teenager. Serge also dislikes Julio Cuevas for the same reason.

While Serge is disliked by most Sims, he is friends with Matthew and Jessica Picaso.

Serge currently lives in a 1x1 lot on 13 Marc Crescent, the smallest lot in the neighbourhood, though not because of his financial situation.
