Shelly O'Quinn (better known by her stage name O'Quinn) is a Sim that lives in Newcrest with her girlfriend Katy Perry.

Biography

Shelly O'Quinn is a descendant of the powerful Alto family. She is currently dating Katy Perry and she plans to propose to her soon.

Her parents are Vita Alto-O'Quinn and Howard O'Quinn. Vita mysteriously died of starvation shortly after Shelly moved in with Katy.

Shelly is the only living member of the O'Quinn family that has dyed her hair, is LGBT, and is employed.

She shares several characteristics of her father. She dresses in a similar way to her father - whimsical and retro. Their personalities are similar, except that Howard is more Good than Shelly. This may lead to either 2 possible situations. One, Shelly is an alternate version of Howard, or two, Shelly is dressing like Howard to honor him.

She does not like to stay in the same job or with the same people, hence the Noncommittal trait.

Shelly is an Opening Act in the Entertainer career  in The Sims 4.

She is disliked by her sister, Tatiana. They have disliked each other since childhood.

Similar to Angela Pleasant, Shelly appears to have been favored by her family. In the house where Shelly lived before she moved out, her room was better decorated than Tatiana's room.

She has a level 4 Cooking skill, a level 3 Charisma skill, and a level 2 Comedy skill. She is the only O'Quinn that has any Comedy skill.
