Simis was son of Milton and Enriqueta Bachelor. He was once enrolled in Sims University, taking Communication Degree and living in dormitory. Between his third and second years, Simis met and befriend his junior, John Redfield, sharing room with him, and often pulling pranks on each other.
After graduated from the university, Simis moved to Sunset Valley where he met and married a woman named Jocasta.
Simis' last meeting with John was when he came to Twinbrook, attending his friend's wedding. They didn't meet again until John contacted him, told him that the Redfields would moved to Sunset Valley soon.After hearing that John and family already in the town, Simis invited John for a little reunion in a bar, where John revealed his reason move in to Sunset Valley. He later accompanied John to the City Hal.
Simis and his family then invited to the Goth's feast party. There, he told John about the feud between Landgraabs and Altos, which became more worse when the matriarch of the both families would compete in Mayor election.
As the citizens begun to choosing side, Simis joined Nancy's while John was working with Vita. However, he promised him that it won't affect their friendship.
Following the arrest of Nancy Landgraab, who accused for ordering some strangers attacking the Alto house, Simis learned from John that Vita was the true mastermind who orchestrated the event. Simis volunteered to help John uncover Vita's crime. He attended the Alto's party in order to seek prove. However, when he learned about how the Altos framed Nancy, Simis, who recorded the conversation between Nick Alto and Thornton Wolff, hit by one Alto's bodyguard in his head and passing out. His camera was taken by Vita Alto.
Simis awakened in Recurve Strand. He found that his camera was missing, which mean he lost the evidence of Vita Alto's crime. He later found and recovered by his family and friends, including John. Simis later told John what he found during his investigation.
Four weeks had passed, he and his friends were gathered in the Landgraab house when Holly came, giving something which she claimed could help. Simis examined the disk and tried to figure out, and soon he realized what the disk actually was.
In the inauguration day, Simis, Geoffrey, and Dieter watched the ceremony from the television. It was revealed that John went to the City Hall to revealed Vita's crime and Simis wished for his luck.
Simis then accompanied John attending Vita's funeral.
Six months later, Simis was planning to brought his family spending the holiday in Isla Paradiso.
