Stella Dortheimer is a member of the big and wealthy Dortheimer Family. A member of the 17th generation of the family.

Stella was born in the sleepy town of Huntsville. She is the daughter of Lunaire Dortheimer, and is, along with her twin brother Pierre, the result of her father abduction by a UFO. However, she never really knew him as his abduction severely weakened him and this led to his drowning in the sea. She therefore was raised by her aunt Mélanie and her grandmother Arlette. Mélanie was a local businesswoman and she fascinated Stella, who decided to follow in her footsteps very soon.

She got along with her cousin Huguette and her brother really well, and also with her her cousin twice removed Sylvia, who was her age. The quartet went to college as soon as they all had grown into teens and Stella took the Economy major. She graduated along with the others but unlike them, she did not find a fiancé from university. She in fact was not interested in love, being much more attracted to work and seeing love and its corollaries as a waste of time.

After some plastic surgery (she was really saddened by her lack of nose), she got a job in the big concreting company Beton Inc, which operated in the entire SimNation. Her hard work led her to ascend in the enterprise's hierarchy.

She never forgot her alien origin and invested a lot of cash in some amateur astronomers associations. She also became a member of the secret Aspirational Laboratories. She spent a lot of time trying to meet her alien relatives with her telescope, but she never succeeded.

Despite her hatred toward love, she still cared a lot about her family. She was in great terms with her niece, nephew and distant cousins' children, and she covered them with gifts. She also became Sylvia's daughter Fabienne's adoptive parent when Sylvia died after a long illness. She raised Fabienne as her own child.

Stella also was a qualified piano player. She had begun to train very young and she loved to give concerts when the family invited neighbors for some parties,and her performances were ovationned all the time. She even taught some kids to play the piano during her freetime.

When she became an elder, her career began to stagnate, and Stella got really bored. She therefore decided to retire.

However, she did not lose her eagerness for power and decided to join the political party, the DSU. Soon after, Huntsville actual mayor kicked the bucket and anticipated municipal elections were held. The DSU decided to invest her, despite her age. She underwent a large campaign and she became really popular in Huntsville. She won the elections against the FSU deputy Grinnel Nubbs.

During her mandate as a mayor, she had to face an upsurge of housebreaking, bogus moolah and other similar crimes. Police highly suspected a crime syndicate to be behind all this but no one succeeded into unraveling it when she was at the town hall.

During the DSU primary elections, Stella supported Fabienne's husband Robert Ménard for being candidate against Michel Dragarlan, actual president of SimNation. During those primary elections, Robert was competing against Whiskerton mayor Marozie Poncelet and SimCity influent yet corrupt mayor Victorine Dortheimer. Robert won, and Stella worked really hard to discreditate his opponents. Robert finally won and he appointed her to the Ministry of Education.

She was highly criticized for her apparent disdain toward non-DSU deputies and her bills aiming at deeply amending the workings of SimNation Education. She however did not have time to reform everything as she died of Old Age 10 months after her appointement. She was replaced at Huntsville town Hall by her former opponent Grinnel Nubbs.

Some time after her death, it was revealed that the crime spree in Huntsville was entirely orchestrated by Stella, and the funds gained by the criminals all went in the DSU treasurship. This caused a big scandal leading the DSU to pay a massive bill of several millions Simoleons and her becoming posthumously extremely unpopular.

This also led her to make her entering in school books, granting her historic fame.
