Wilberforce Armitage XVII, AKA Velvetta Baggins is an original sim (creation of LexxBlix/AedanStarfang) who is originally from Windenburg in the Sims 4. Velvetta is a very old-fashioned sim, and enjoys listening to classical and baroque music via a Victrola and dresses like a woman from the Victorian-era and is also one of twelve contestants on "Morgyn's Drag Race".

Life leading up to the Sims 4

Wilberforce grew up in the ancient Kingdom of Albion, and lived long enough to see it grow into modern-day Boston. Despite being quite an advanced age, Velvetta continues to wow audiences with oldschool drag routines (emphasis on old).

Morgyn's Drag Race

In autumn of 2020 it was announced that the first ever season of Morgyn's Drag Race would premiere, with Velvetta Baggins being one of the twelve queens competing for the crown.

Velvetta premiered in "Trash to Treasure Hunties", the judges were underwhelmed with her runway look and compared it to "Mad Max" and "someone who walked into a day spa and left".

By Episode Two, "Makeover Magic" Velvetta gave a man named Rene Villalobos a makeover outside the 8-Bells, in Strangerville. Velvetta had made the military man over into an 'Edwardian' nobleman complete with dress, powdered wig, and makeup. The judges were more confused than not with Velvetta's choice of makeover, and also felt her runway look was uninspiring which left her to lipsync against Parsley to "I'm So Beautiful" by Divine. However due to unexpected set of events, neither queen was eliminated as Extra was disqualified from the competition instead.

In "Talented Queens", Velvetta put on a small piano recital on the main center stage much to the delight of Morgyn whom openly appreciated Velvetta's vintage charm and traditional way of life, though it did not win her the challenge.

During "What's Up Beaches?" Velvetta originally took part in the 'Sulani Getaway Commercial' challenge by pretending to receive a suntan at the beach, however she quickly fell asleep and did not participate in anymore of the challenge, much to Morgyn's disappointment and frustration. During the runway her look was criticized as not being "beach appropriate", and her participation or lack thereof during the challenge was brought up and placed her in the bottom against Jackqleen Qkwueeen to lipsync for their lives to "Disco Duck" by Rick Dees. The two struggled during the lipsync, and both were sent home in the series' first double-elimination.

Trivia

• Velvetta often goes on long rambling non-sequitur rants about anything and everything that usually ends with her blaming the French for some past fictitious event.
• Velvetta is extremely traditional and old-fashioned to the extent of finding exposed wrists and ankles on a woman to be considered "nudity".
• In episode four of "What's in the Bag", Velvetta revealed that she would have portrayed Sarah Jessica Parker or her character "Carrie Bradshaw" for snatch game.
• During her lipsync against Parsley, Velvetta claimed that 'Windenburg' performers always sing live and never lipsync parodying drag queen Charlie Hides' famous excuse during her lipsync.
• Through her talking heads Velvetta reveals that the other queens tend to "give her the business" over her age fairly often.
• She is the only 'adult' competitor of her season, making her the oldest by default.
