Vincent Strangetown is one of the headmasters in Flower City. The other two headmasters are Kenji Michards and Dirk Mendoza. Vincent can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him.

Despite having the appearance of an elder, Vincent is actually an adult. According to his SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was blonde before it turned grey. Vincent is 29 days away from being an elder, when the game is first played.

Surprisingly, he is the only NPC in Flower City to have no skill points and interests.
