This lot is the first home of Tutorial Joe Sim. It is smaller and more cheaply decorated than the house he shares with his wife, Tutorial Jane in the second tutorial. The lot is located in the hidden Tutorial neighborhood and cannot be accessed outside of the tutorials. The main room has a kitchen area, a dining table without a chair, and a living room. There is a small bathroom with a shower, a sink, a toilet and a plant. The bedroom has a twin bed, a floor lamp and an Exerto 5000 Multipress exercise machine. There is also a medium-sized patio which is unfurnished, two birch trees on opposite sides of the lot, some bushes and a bench.
