Sometimes I think to myself... that what If I could earn an euro everytime a Sim died? Well (minus the I part), now you can! With this tutorial, I'm gonna teach you how to earn a simolean buck out everytime a Sim attempts to kill him/her-self... literally!

- Pescado's customer selector mod from MATY.
Tutorial[edit | edit source]
Step One: Get yourself a desirable entrepreneur committed Sim(s) to run the establishment.
Step Two: You can't start an establishment without having a lot to do so. Grab (select) your Sim to Start a home business or Purchase a community lot (under Business and Real estate options respectively), via phone.
Tip: For optimal results, use customer selector mod to ban unwanted customers by social type, age, etc.
Step Three: build a swimming pool with a diving board, excluding the pool ladder.
Warning! Keep and refrain your active playable Sims from getting in the pool. Lock (from All Sims) or enclose them in a room, disable their free will or micro-manage them enough so they won't reach the pool.
Step Four: Place down the ticket machine and set the price to your own preferable choice.
Step Five: Profit!
