Goopy Bear is one of the pre-made teenage townies who resides in Bitville, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. He can be made playable by aging him up with another teenage Sim, and then befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Goopy's career and skills are randomized at the start of the game. He has the same facial structure as Ramin Stompel.

When Goopy is first spawned in-game, he will be a C student enrolled in Public School. It is only referenced in the game files that he has no School enrollment or school grade. As far as personality, Goopy is extremely outgoing. But he is somewhat sloppy, lazy, and serious, and quite grouchy. Goopy's interests and turn ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game.
