Hailey Long is a pre-made NPC repairwoman who resides in Mesa Flats, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Pet Stories. The other repairman is Neil Stompel. In The Sims Pet Stories repairmen are adults, while in other games they are elders. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her.

Hailey appears in the Midnight Masquerade story, when Stephen Loyal goes to Mesa Flats Pet Supply to buy a litterbox for Diva. Gordon Fetching flirts with Hailey, but then gets laughed at when Diva scares him.
