It is meant to detail processes or procedures of some aspect or aspects of The Sims Wiki's norms and practices. It is not a policy page.
VSTF was the name for Wikia's volunteer-run counter-vandalism team. It consisted of a group of select users that were granted administrator access to all wikis on the platform and assisted with the removal of vandalism and spam on wikis that did not have active administrators.
On Miraheze, this role is filled by the Counter Vandalism Team.
