Hobart Lew is one of the pre-made NPC housekeepers from the secret sub-neighborhood Exotic Destinations, shipped with The Sims 2: Bon Voyage. The other two pre-made housekeepers are Jasmyn Miguel and Holly Bradshaw. Hobart can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. He has short red hair, dark blue eyes, and medium skin. Hobart's Aspiration is Romance, and his zodiac sign is Libra.

As far as personality, he is quite nice and somewhat neat. But Hobart is somewhat shy and lazy, and very serious. When it comes to his skill points, he is close to maximizing the logic skill, and is on his way towards maximizing the cooking and mechanical skills. Hobart is mostly interested in Politics and Sports. He has the same facial structure as Cooper Seifert.

Hobart's name is randomized when Exotic Destinations is generated. The name "Hobart Lew" is only referenced in the game files. Strangely, Johnny Fratster, a tourist recognizes Hobart as his friend. But the Relationship is not mutual, as Hobart has no relation to Johnny. The reason for this unrequited relation is unexplained, but there are a few other Sims from Exotic Destinations that have these sorts of quirks.
