Hondo Ohnaka is a premade Sim included in The Sims 4: Journey to Batuu. He is the Scoundrel 'Leader' and is exclusively found in Blackspire Outpost in Batuu. He is not normally playable unless cheats or mods are used. While in game, Hondo is a normal sim disguised as an alien. He is a part of the Weequay alien race in the actual Star Wars canon.
