The Jacquet ( Listen) family is one of the pre-families residing in Bluewater Village that came with the Open for Business expansion pack. The family is composed of Gilbert, a fine, good-looking young man who lives with his mother, Denise. They are the owners of J'Adore Bakery, where Gilbert is romantically interested in two of his female employees. Gilbert is the son of Denise and Yves Jacquet, while Denise is the daughter of Nicole and Sabastian Jeffress. Yves Jacquet is the son of Suzanne and Jerome Jacquet. They live in a medium-sized house and have 7300 simoleons in funds.

It is highly implied that the Jacquets are French, as not only do all their family members have French names, but the name of their bakery is J'Adore Bakery, with j'adore meaning "I adore" in French.
