Jill Smith is one of the pre-made NPC Garden Club members from Weather, the Secret sub-neighborhood that ships with The Sims 2: Seasons. She appears in all neighborhoods, once the Seasons expansion pack has been installed. Jill can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. She has short wavy black hair, grey eyes, dark skin, and eye liner, eye shadow, sparkling wine lipstick, and blush makeup.

Jill shares her name with a child Sim from Strangetown. She is mostly interested in Culture, Paranormal, and Sports. Jill has the same facial structure as Jessica Ebadi from Strangetown. Even though she has black hair, her SimDNA in SimPE confirms that her natural hair color is brown. Like other garden club members, Jill will sometimes appear at Community lots.
