When Alice unexpectedly moves back to Garden Heights, Thomas wonders if he has been given another chance to let her know how he really feels. The Jones family is a pre-made family from Garden Heights, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Pet Stories. The family consists of Thomas Jones and his dog, Lucy. Thomas is secretly in love with Alice Whitt. He is trying to summon the courage to tell her how he truly feels, but in the meantime he does everything he can to help her out. Lucy tries to get Thomas to come out of his shell, but the best she can do is get him to take her on longer walks sometimes. Thomas helps Alice a lot in the Best in Show story, giving her training equipment and moral support. At the end of the story, Thomas' dog Lucy has a litter of puppies with Alice's dog, Sam. They won't become a part of this family, but join the Whitt family instead, since they are born on their family lot.
The Jones family lives in 1330 Vista del Arroyo and becomes playable from there after the story is finished.
