Joseph Wilkie is one of the pre-made NPC police officers who resides in the Free Play version of Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two police officers are Mallory Haggerty and Cleve Tse. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Joseph has short brown hair, dark blue eyes, and dark skin. He is a Family Sim with the Aquarius zodiac sign. As far as personality, Joseph is extremely neat, quite playful, and somewhat outgoing. But he is quite lazy, and very grouchy.

When it comes to Joseph's skill points, he has maximized the body skill, is close to maximizing the creativity skill, and is well on the way towards maximizing the mechanical skill. He is mostly interested in Environment, Weather, and Paranormal. Joseph has the same facial structure as Shannon Bar. His turn ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game.
