Joy Tsang is one of the pre-made NPC delivery people who resides in the Free Play version of Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two delivery people are Douglas Ajjanagadde and Jason Ternynck. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. Joy has medium-length blonde hair in a ponytail, grey eyes, and dark skin. She is a Family Sim with the Cancer zodiac sign.

As far as personality, Joy is quite outgoing, somewhat playful, and a little bit neat and nice. But she is very lazy. When it comes to Joy's skill points, she has maximized the cleaning skill, but she doesn't have a particularly high level in any of her other skills.
