Name Jungle District
World Selvadorada
Game  The Sims 4: Jungle Adventure

The Jungle District is part of Belomisia Jungle in Selvadorada. It consists of a series of lots accessible by adventuring and clearing paths at mystery gateways.

To unlock all the areas, Sims need to go through a series of adventures. After clearing the vines, Sims can travel through gateways to other areas. The first time Sims travel through a gateway, they will go on an adventure presented in the form of chance cards. Some areas are not always accessible, requiring Sims to revisit several times in order to fully explore the jungle. The jungle contains natural dangers such as bees and spiders, as well as dig sites and treasure chests where ancient Omiscan artifacts and relics can be acquired.

Belomisia Trailhead[edit | edit source]

The area where Sims begin is Belomisia Trailhead. This area has a Welcome Camp Sign, which has a lot of adventure tips, and one gateway. Sims need to travel to go through this gateway to explore the rest of the jungle.

Area 1[edit | edit source]

After Sims successfully travel through the gateway, they reach a new area with waterfall and a bridge cross a river canyon. The area is divided into two small sections: the jungle area and the ruin area on the other side of the canyon. On top of the waterfall is another Omiscan ruin, which locals say is a broken dam.

On the jungle area, there are two gateways: one to Belomisia Trailhead and the other to the Plane Crash Site. There are plants and a Natural Toilet Bush, where Sims can fulfill their Bladder need.

In the ruins area, Sims will gain a moodlet labelled "Feeling the Falls" (Flirty +2). The area also has dig sites and a gateway to the Area 2.

Plane Crash Site[edit | edit source]

This area is hard to find as the gateway is hidden behind trees, and it is not always accessible. It contains a crashed and damaged plane, a treasure chest, and dig sites. Sims will gain a moodlet called "Hit the High Point" (Confident +2).

Area 2[edit | edit source]

This area is accessible from Area 1. It contains viewing point that gain a moodlet called "A New Perspective" (Inspired +2), Omiscan ruins, five gateways, and various treasure chests and digsites. A Tree of Emotions can be found near the viewing point.

The gateways, in clockwise order, lead to Area 1, the Omiscan Royal Baths, the Lagoon, the Omiscan Temple and the Island. The gateway to the Lagoon and the Island are not always accessible.

The garden can be accessed through a gateway in the Omiscan Royal Baths, but it is not always accesible. It contains Selvadoradian plants and a treasure chest near the staircase.

Lagoon[edit | edit source]

The lagoon can be accessed from Area 2, but it is not always accesible. It features a lake with a fishing spot, dig sites and a treasure chest.

Island[edit | edit source]

The island can be accessed from Area 2, but it is not always accesible. There is a fishing spot where Sims can find species of fish only found in Selvadorada. There is also a treasure chest in the center of the island.

Omiscan Temple[edit | edit source]

The temple is always accessible from Area 2. It is a unique lot that changes its layout every time it is visited. The temple consists of various rooms filled with various puzzles and traps, treasure chests, dig sites. If Sims can pass through the temple defense, they can find the grand treasure in the middle of the temple. Sometimes a skeleton appears inside the temple.

Neighborhood amenities[edit | edit source]

The Jungle District is a very open and big map. Most of it consists of jungle and the ruins of the Omiscan civilization. It also has two bodies of water where Sims can fish for local Selvadoradian fish.

Most of the areas are limited only by gateways. They are not seperated into lots. This allows Sims to traverse between areas without loading screens. Because the map is large and takes a long time to explore, it can be difficult to take care of needs while exploring, although the trees, fishing spots, and toilet bushes can help Sims fulfill some of their needs.
