Kid Mugg is a pre-made, deceased teen who once lived in Twinbrook. He starved to death and rests in the Ivy Hill Graveyard. One strange thing about him is that he's considered to have completed his lifetime wish, even though he didn't have one. Like every other deceased Sim from Twinbrook, he has a pale green skin, grey hair and bare feet.
