Lilly Phillips is a pre-made, yet unplayable adult mail carrier who can be found through SimPE in Garden Heights, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Pet Stories. She was placed into the Default pool where universal NPCs are placed instead of the NPC pool, thus making her unplayable. Claire Lind, another NPC from the same neighborhood, shares the same issue. Together with Stacy Miguel and Kana Chen they are the only four pre-made NPCs in Garden Heights. Other functioning NPCs are generated when necessary during the Best in Show story or in Free Play mode once the story is finished. Lilly can be turned into a proper NPC by placing her in the NPC pool with SimPE. Her eyes seem to appear grey in her thumbnail, but her SimDNA in SimPE shows they're actually light blue.
Lilly has the hidden Power aspiration and the Cancer zodiac sign. She doesn't have any personality points, skill points, interests or turnons/turnoffs.
