Lolly Racket is a pre-made teenager from Twinbrook in The Sims 3: Ambitions. She is a teen who is 7 days away from becoming a young adult. She lives with her big family, who is a long-lined criminal family. Her family members consist of her parents, Dennis and Silver, her brother Shark, her grandparents, Max and Marigold, and her uncle Bill. She has another uncle, Dudley, who lives apart from the other family members, due to the fact the Dudley works to fight the crimes in Law Enforcement career, while all other members are related to a dark "family business." Lolly however barely knows what the family business is all about, and she doesn't even know what her father does for a living.

Lolly seems a little spoiled with the luxury from her family fortune. She doesn't seem to be aware of the criminal activities between her family members, and she doesn't seem to care about it. Lolly is also implied to be the only hope for the family's redemption. Nevertheless, she is enemies with Dudley. Lolly has 2 points in Cooking skill, and nothing else. Lolly is acquaintances with Max and enemies with Shark, but friends with the rest of her household. She is also acquaintances with DeAndre Wolfe and Amy Bull.
