Luc Barthelet is a French video game developer. He joined Electronic Arts when his software company was bought by the latter, and he eventually became a General Manager at Maxis.

When developing The Sims, he continued to believe in this project, when the team members themselves began to doubt the potential success of the end product. He used to visit every member of the team every day to ask them what was new and interesting, making everyone feel important.

Luc also engaged in many chatting events about The Sims 2.
