Lucky Perkins is an elder Sim, who appears in the downloadable neighborhood, Riverview. He lives alone in Riverview, in a small home, which appears to be an abandoned cottage. Although he finds it difficult to make friends and fit in because of the fact that he isn't particularly motivated, he has the genius trait and chooses to live solely by his own wit. Little is known about Lucky and his past, as his parents and siblings are not on his family tree.

His bathtub that is outside his home is a dirtier version of "Schmidt's Clawed Tub" which is strange because there's no way to get a freestanding bathtub outside without using cheats.
