Martha Weir (née Dordrius) is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Belladonna Cove, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. She was the daughter of Pasha Dordrius, the wife of Bryant Weir, and the mother of Connor Weir. Martha is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. She has the Popularity aspiration, and the Leo zodiac sign. As far as personality, Martha is extremely outgoing. But she is somewhat sloppy, lazy, and serious, and quite grouchy.

According to Martha's SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was black before it turned grey. According to her age data, she had 19 days left in the elder life stage when she died. Martha uses the 4th Maxis face template in Create a Sim, except the ears, eyebrows, and mouth which use the 8th face template. Also the jaw is longer than on the default face. However the jaw is only longer on teenage, adult and elder females, which may mean that the jaw was genetically passed down, as this oddity generally only occurs on Sims whose facial features were genetically passed down.

Martha's father is unknown, but her mother's memories confirm that she gave birth to Martha so she wasn't adopted. According to Connor's memories, she had no hand in raising him, and he has no memory of her death. This is odd, because it suggests that Martha was deceased before Connor was born, which is impossible because you can see her in one of the storytelling images where Connor moves out. This was probably an oversight made by the developers. Martha's SimDNA in SimPE shows that she carries the recessive alleles for blonde hair and grey eyes.

It is possible that she sometimes appears under the name "Matea Weir". When opening her character file in SimPE, the label "E001_User00198 - Matea" can be seen. This happens with many Belladonna Cove ancestors.
