Maximillion Oglethorpe is a pre-made elder Sim from Bitville, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. It is mentioned that the only thing he loves more than Simoleons is spending them and that he likes women that can appreciate his bank account as much as he does. Maximillion is Vincent Moore's friend and first appears in Vincent's story during the first date of Vincent and Sasha Aires at Arcadium Plaza. Vincent introduces Sasha to Maximillion after discovering that Sasha was only after his money. Once Sasha gets distracted with Maximillion, Vincent takes the opportunity to leave the scene.

Maximillion becomes playable at the end of Vincent's story and can be found in the family bin. The story makes it seem as though he is a wealthy doctor who loves money and should therefore have the Fortune aspiration, but he has the Family aspiration instead and is unemployed. Maximillion has the Taurus zodiac sign, no skill points at the start of the game, and his interests are randomized when he is first spawned in-game. When he is first moved onto a lot, he will be on his first day of the elder life stage, with a random number of days left before dying of old age. It is only referenced in the game files that he only has 1 day left. Maximillion has bottom fitness at the start of the game.

Examining Maximillion's SimDNA in SimPE shows that his hair was brown before it turned grey. Even though in the story, Maximillion is introduced as Vincent's friend, they will only think of each other as "Just Met" at the end of the story, unless the player chooses to have Vincent build his relationship with Maximillion. Due to the story implying he is a wealthy doctor, but the game files starting him off as unemployed like all playable Sims, he cannot retire properly, or get a proper Medicine career to reflect the story; all he can do is get a part-time job. This can be fixed with SimPE. He has a preset gender preference of +10 to females, -10 to males, reflected ingame by his attraction to Sasha.
