Minstrel Carlo is an NPC in Downtown who makes his first and last appearance in The Sims: Hot Date. He is always accompanied by his guitar, which he plays to entertain the visitors of Downtown's community lots.
He is mostly seen in Dining areas of Downtown, and the only interactions available to him are "Tip 5§", which has no effect, and "Request Song", which will make him play.
