Nancy Landgraab is a Sim featured in The Sims Mobile. She appears to be based on a Sim with the same name from The Sims 3 and The Sims 4. However, Nancy is married to Malcolm Landgraab, who is instead her son in the aforementioned games. This possibly indicates that Malcolm is meant to be Geoffrey Landgraab, but the developers changed his name to Malcolm for unknown reasons. In The Sims Mobile, the player can buy Nancy and Malcolm's home, 1 Landgraab Avenue, from them as they are looking to move to a larger lot. This lot is currently the largest lot in the game.
Nancy wears an elegant outfit, which consists of a gray shirt, black jeans, and a silver necklace. Unlike other pre-made Sims, such as Bella Goth, her outfits cannot be edited.
