Nancy Picard is a pre-made Sim from Roaring Heights, living with her children Gerald and Frances. After her husband died, she fretted for her future and she is committed to find Gerald and Frances some partners but they both refuse. There's a deceased Sim in the graveyard named Bruce Picard who could possibly be Nancy's late husband, although they both don't have any relations in the family tree. However, judging by EA's tendency not to relate the premade Sims with deceased Sims, as well as matching condition, it's very likely that Bruce is implied to be the late husband.
