Neil Cameron is a member of the Jocks from the Magic secret sub-neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. He appears in every neighborhood, being occasional the neighbor of Sims who live in a middle apartment. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Like all pre-made townies, Neil's relationships with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game.

Like all pre-made elder social class Sims, Neil is unemployed at the start of the game. However, if certain other expansion packs are installed, the game may randomly assign him a career to match his social class, when he is first spawned in-game. As far as personality, Neil is very active and quite playful, but he is very sloppy, quite shy, and somewhat grouchy.

Like all pre-made elder social class Sims, Neil has no pre-set skill points. He is mostly interested in Food, Culture, Money, Health, Fashion, and Crime. Neil has the same facial structure as Victor Corsillo. According to his SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was blond before it turned grey. Despite being a Jock, Neil isn't interested in Sports.
