Noelle Sartor is one of the pre-made teenage townies who resides in Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. She can be made playable by aging her up with another teenage Sim, and then befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. Noelle is employed in the Politics career as a Campaign Worker at the start of the game. She is a C student enrolled in Public School at the start of the game.

As far as personality, Noelle is very outgoing, quite nice, and somewhat playful. But she is very sloppy and lazy. When it comes to her skills, Noelle is halfway towards maximizing the creativity skill, but she doesn't have a particularly high level in any of the other skills.
