Ophelia Villa ( /oʊˈfiːljə ˈvɪlə/) is a manor in The Sims 4. It is an old manor with three bedrooms in the Pendula View neighborhood of Willow Creek, and serves as the residence for the Goth family. It features a somewhat similar design to 13 Skyborough Boulevard from The Sims 3, though smaller in scale. The first story incorporates a large hallway, open to the dining room at the back of the house, a bathroom, a large kitchen with a small dining area, and a large drawing room. The second story features a large landing with a grand piano, a master bedroom with red-upholstered furniture, a large bathroom, Cassandra's bedroom, mostly decorated in purple/pink colors, and a balcony. The third story is a small bedroom for Alexander. Unlike the Goth manors in the previous games, this one does not contain a graveyard or tombstones.
