This is the list of day job opportunities from The Sims 3: University Life. These opportunities can be obtained by checking the job board located at the dormitory.

The purpose of these opportunities is as an alternative to let students earn extra money at the college. Normally this is not needed as Sims carry over their household funds which will be sufficient for their living, unlike in The Sims 2: University where the household fund is separate and makes budgeting and scholarships more crucial.
