Pamela Lillard is one of the pre-made NPC pizza deliverers who resides in Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two pizza deliverers are Mayhew Rauscher and Ricky Larrea. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. Like all pizza deliverers, Pamela's default outfit is the typical "Pizza delivery" outfit with a red top and black pants. She has short black hair, grey eyes, and medium skin. Pamela's Aspiration is Fortune, and her zodiac sign is Capricorn.

As far as personality, Pamela is very outgoing, somewhat active, and a little bit nice. But she is quite sloppy and serious. When it comes to Pamela's skill points, she is halfway towards maximizing the body and creativity skills, and slightly over halfway towards maximizing the mechanical skill. She is mostly interested in Weather, Fashion, and Travel. Pamela doesn't have any relationships with other sims from Four Corners yet, so one of the only ways to meet her is to order a pizza, making the player her first customer.

In addition to working as a pizza deliverer in Four Corners, Pamela may occasionally pass through community lots. She has the same facial structure as Regina Tsvirkunov from Veronaville. Despite her aspiration, she isn't interested in Money. Pamela's turn-ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game. It is only referenced in the game files that she has no turn-ons/offs.
