Paul Holder is a pre-made Sim who appears in the freeplay mode of The Sims 2 for console. They can only appear if all other families are deleted. Throwing a party is the best way to meet them, they also have no picture in the relationship panel. They look similar to the default female Sim from Create-a-Sim, but have a customized face and different clothing. The default face used for females has grey eye shadow and grey eyes, the only way to change the eye color is to choose one of the premade sets of makeup looks containing the desired color. Paul and Jeb appearance was the original default female Sim before it was changed in the final version. Their default face has green eye shadow and green eyes instead of grey, which is not available in CAS. They wear a white shirt with green sleeves, brown pants and green heels. This is the same for their clone Jeb Tortsen.
Their name may be a reference to "placeholder".
