Paul Landchild is one of the pre-made NPC exterminators who resides in Bitville, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two exterminators are Carla Buckingham and Gabe Lillard. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Paul has short blond hair, light blue eyes, and light skin.

He is a Knowledge Sim with the Sagittarius zodiac sign. As far as personality, Paul is very neat and nice. But he is somewhat shy, and very lazy and serious. When it comes to Paul's skill points, he is well on the way towards maximizing the creativity and cleaning skills. He is mostly interested in Food, Weather, and Fashion. Paul has the same facial structure as Kent Tang.

Sometimes if he is made playable, his PlumbBob will be inside him, instead of above his head. This happens with several other NPCs in Life Stories. Paul's turn ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game. It is only referenced in the game files that he has no turn ons/offs. Despite his lifetime want, Paul isn't interested in Health.
