Phil Despret is one of the pre-made NPC firefighters who resides in Bitville, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two firefighters are Katherine Bertino and Phoenix Johnson. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Phil has short black hair, dark blue eyes, and medium skin. He is a Romance Sim with the Taurus zodiac sign. As far as personality, Phil is quite active and nice. But he is quite sloppy, very shy, and somewhat serious.

When it comes to Phil's skill points, he has maximized the body skill, and is on his way towards maximizing the logic skill. He is mostly interested in Environment, Food, Money, and Crime.
